Weld Cell w/ Automated Tooling

Allen-Bradley SLC 5/03 tool control PLC was interfaced with a PanelView 550, SMC Remote I/O for pneumatic valve bank and sensors.
Bi-directional interface was provided for Panasonic VR-6 Robot in this welding application.
Quick change interface was used between the dies and the cell itself.

Container Labelling Application
SPS/PHIN Labellers for Morton Salts , Silver Springs / New York / USA.

Complete labeller and line control implemented using two networked Allen-Bradley Micrologix 1500 PLCs.
These interfaced with a Cognex vision system for quality control. Total Control's QuickPanel Jr provided the operator interface.

Custom Machines: Bus Mirror Gluer
Noriko Automation & Robotic Systems Ltd. for XYZ Ltd., Jamaica / New York / USA

This machine automatically installs a gasket and adhesive to the edges of a large vehicle mirror.
Machine is controlled using an Allen-Bradley Micrologix 1000 PLC and Total Control QuickPanel Jr HMI.

This machine is based on an Allen-Bradley SLC 5/05 PLC platform using DeviceNet and Ethernet to network the machine's 1600+ I/O.
High resolution DVT vision cameras are used to verify part locations within the tooling.
Multiple PanelViews are located around the perimeter of this machine.
Real-time data monitoring and collection is provided through RSView32.
5 axes of servo control are realized using Ultra 3000 technology.
