Solvent Refinery Controls

Breslau Electric used DeviceNet to interface an Allen-Bradley Control Logix PLC with the MCC in the adjacent room. The configuration was essential in:

• Networking 3 remote panels to control flow, levels, temperature and pressure
• Monitoring, recording and controlling all information from one central room
• Allowing VPN access, which permits changes and troubleshooting to be handled remotely
